Very good idea- I have been going back and forth on the best way to do labels. I want to add some labels to my creations- but can't justify the cost just yet!
This is so much less complicated than using the heat transfer material. Just wanted to let you know that this will be featured on Someday Crafts today!
Little confused… use a NON washable pen? Doesn't that mean if the label gets washed (say, in a piece of clothing that I have sewn a label in), that since it's non-washable it would wash out?
Very cleaver girl you are… I love this idea better than the iron on transfer tutorial that has been going around. Thanks for the idea.

I like this idea – fast and easy, without all the fuss. You can use it even for adding clothing sizes. Thanks for sharing!
