      dEAR aIMEE,

I am a “follower” of Austria, loving your blogg.
as i am a collector of baking and cooking books and i love to improve my knowledge of english, my brother-in-law sometimes brings me english books with him from England.
this one is definitely missing in my collection and i would love to participate at your “lottery” for one of those 3 books 🙂

I’m a fan from way back! I’m in France with my boys schooling here for a semester. They keep begging me to bake things from scratch, even though there are fantastic pastries! (you see? homemade sweets really are special as they help with homesick kids?) I would love to work my way through your cookbook whilst here on a sweet time out in life!

Hi, I love to bake and I find your photo’s brilliantly inspiring, your interesting combination of flavours and how they work together so well is a talent and I’d like to learn how to make some of your creations. I’m really looking forward to your next post :’) x

My German grandfather taught my mother to bake a rhurbarb pie with the flakest crust ever. Pure lard! She in turn taught me. The rhurbarb patch was transplanted from my home state West Virginia to Georgia where I live now! With living care from my husband – The horticulturist- it produces enough for many pies!! Just Love this veggie!!!
