



first pre heat your oven at 180c
this recipe makes enough for 4 small bundt tins or one large one
1. cream butter and sugar together with an whisk
2. add eggs on at a time
3. in a separate bowl sift the flour, baking powder and salt together
4. measure out 100ml of milk and add a tea spoon of rosewater
5. combine the dry and wet mixes together alternating between adding the flour mixture and the milk mixture to the butter mixture.
6. finely chop up the pistachio nuts and add to mixture
7. whisk it all together and add to greased tins
8. put in oven for approx 25 minutes, check its cooked by poking with a knife
9. remove and place on cooling rack
10. for icing mix powdered sugar, 1 tsp of rose water and mix with some cold water and some pink colouring and drizzle on top
11. to decorate add dried rose petals and some more chopped pistachios
