acorns made from leaves and drop cloth fabric

 you need
leaves
scissors
drop cloth fabric
stuffing
thread and needle
glue gun
take the leaves and cut them in to fish scale shaped pieces, then put to one side. now cut a circle of drop cloth fabric, then take the needle and do a running stitch around the edge of the fabric then pull the thread and put the stuffing in, and then tie the thread off,  with the glue gun, start adding the leaves, you want to do the top last so start a little way from the top and add a layer, then add two more layers, then take a leaf with its stem on and stick onto the top and cut two small pieces and glue them around it. then you can cut a paper leaf if you want or leave it as it is.

  3. Hi Aimee,

I usually don't take the time to thank people, not that I don't appreciate it, it is just because I am always rushing around and never have an extra minute. This is a fabulous tutorial and your imagination is fabulous. I have one blog Feathered Nest that I look forward to looking at everyday and now yours is the second one. Thank you so much for taking the time to do the photos and the tutorials, I know it take alot of your time, but I cannot wait to try and make these. You have SO MUCH talent!!!
