rose embroidery eye mask and pattern

i have never done embroidery before, so i thought i would give it a go, i drew the image on to the fabric them used 3 different coloured pink threads going from dark on the inside of the rose to light.

i used it on an eye mask, (the pattern i have shared below), i cut two pieces of fabric and put them inside out on top of each other, then stitched it around leaving it open at the top and the sides.
then i turned it the right way and slid ribbon in the gaps at the side and folded the top edge in and then stitched it all the way around.
