first crush up some mints. i had some mint imperials so i used them, then put some chocolate in to a bowl and either microwave or place the bowl inside another bowl of boiling water
once its melted, get some baking paper and use the spoon to put some chocolate onto it in oval shapes they dont need to be pefect, use the back of the spoon to spread it slightly then sprinkle the crushed mints on top.
i did not want them to dry flat so i placed some small objects underneath the baking paper so that it was slightly crumpled
then put into the fridge to harden and they are done.
