its official i have got the baking bug i just cant stop wanting to cook stuff, it was caused by my trip to hobby craft they have a cake craft section and i was amazed by just how much there is out there for baking now, like every colour food colouring you can think of, cookie cutters in every shape everything i was amazed that you could buy coloured chocolate i must of been under a rock or something because i had no idea.. so i apologies now, but there way be a few cake posts coming your way,
i thought i would share a little funny cooking story with you, when i was about six i was helping my mum make cakes and i was using the electric whisk, and some how i got my hair caught in the whisk and ripped a large chunk of my hair clean out leaving a large bald patch, my mum was so mortified that she made me wear a head scarf to school i hide it lol. so since then she didn't let me near the whisk so i never really make many cakes after that, but now i think im finally trusted enough to use one, i got fed up of doing it by hand so i just bought one, I'm sure i wont make the same mistake twice.
so word of warning tie your hair back lol. to be honest i think my hair was tied up i can vaguely remember i itched my head with the whisk in my hand.
