rustic compas bell jar

 i found this bell jar in a charity shop. first i white washed the wood. i did this with emulsion paint and a wet paintbrush.

 then i cut a compas stencil onto card and lighlty dabbed black paint over it, i made it smudge a little as i wanted it to look rustic.
