i cut triangles with burlap, and used my silhouette machine to cut white iron on heat transfer vinyl
then i used the zig zag stitch setting on my sewing machine to stitch around the edges on the flag shapes so they dont fray and then turned the top over and stitched it, i then threaded jute string through the top each flag .

OMG - I was just looking back through your recent posts and saw this, don't know how I missed it this week. I LOVE this so much! I love things that work in a contrast like the feminine images on the shabby burlap. This is awesome.
