first you need to cut the large doilies in half, and roll them up, and succure with glue.
then i arranged them in a circle and glued them together using a glue gun, then for the middle layer i used book pages, i rolled them in a cone shape and then glued together in the same way. then i used small doilies and then glued them in the middle, succuring the layers together with a glue gun. its really simple.
