to make this yo yo decoration you need a small ball ball decoration
then cut out lots of circles, i used t shirt material
then you need to do a running stitch all the way around the circle, then pull the thread and take the needle through the middle to make the yo-yos or puffs
then once you think you made enough, heat up the glue gun, i underestimated the amount i needed and i had to make more as i was going along.then start glueing them on to the ball, i started at the top and worked my way down
then i kept going until all the ball was covered, and threaded some string through the hole and its ready to hang.
and there you have it. i think it turned out really pretty. i like the 3d effect of it.
