before picture,
i painted the dresser cream, my mums friend had two of these and was throwing them away so my mum had one and i had one.
i found these (stencils) well they are really vinyl wall hangings but i saw them as stencils lol. they came in a pack of four for £5.99 and they are meant to hang on the wall, but i had a better use for them,
first i layed them on top of my ready painted cream dresser which i did a while back, then using white emulsion paint and a sponge paint brush i dabbed the paint on.
after the stencil
i have left it like this for now im contemplating rubbing the stenciled top down to age it slightly, this took me five minutes, and i like the fact that its white on cream so it doesnt take your eye off the beautiful dresser.
