diy sewing station

i decided to make my little sewing station better, so i got a peice of wood, and nailed it to the wall, then i got a kilner jar, and wrapped some wire around in then then attached it to the wood,

with the lid of the jar i got some stuffing and cut a circle of fabric and used a glue gun to stick it to the underside. to make a pin cushion lid, i put my buttons in the jar.

i then made a embroidery hoop in to a pin cushion. and put a nail into the wood to hang it on
i drew around my foot stool that i sit on, and cut out a cover and pinned it together, and the stitched it.
then i used a glue gun to attatch the pom poms

then with co-ordinating fabric i made a little handing wall tidy.
to do this i cut a long peice of fabric then folded it in half, then i stitched around it leaving one side open, then i turned it the right way, and folded the rough edges in and then stitched it, then i made little pockets by folding the edges in and stitching it on to the fabric.
